Castors: the freezer is mounted on wheeled casters to make any moving required easy. The castors mounted in the front side are fitted up with brakes with foot lever control
Insulation: injected polyurethane a high density, with a thickness of 130 mm. CFC-free
Vacuum release, mm 26 for easy opening. The vacuum release hole can be used as pass-through port for data documentation.
Door: Nr. 1, hinged, fully insulated, externally made of the same material of the structure (sheet steel painted white colour). Internally it consists non-conductive material. It if fitted with heated gaskets to prevent freezing. The closing system is “one movement” type, stainless steel, with cylinder lock and keys.
Internal equipment:
divided in nr 4 compartments with no. 2 hinged inner-door (to avoid air-cold loss at the external door opening). The heavy duty supplied storage plates, nr 3 pieces, are made of stainless steel and can be adjusted in height. Internal half doors, made of insulating material stainless steel, equipped with an independent blocking system.
Max Storage capacity: 162 boxes (2’’x50mm)
Control panel: placed on the door, at eye level height, microprocessor type allowing to control freezer functions. An internal flash memory (768MB storage capacity) with a sampling frequency of 5 minutes, allows the storage of functional data for 6 months.
USB port: Placed behind the condenser grid, it can be used to download data using a common USB stick. The software for data reading is provided for free and is available in 4 languages (IT/ENG/DE/NL)
The display is Touch screen type, 7’ wide, bright colour type, displaying at a glance the overall working data of the unit. Data displayed: set point, actual temperature, hour, status of the door, presence of alarms, status of Co2 back up system (if present) status of the battery.
A graph of daily temperatures can also be visualized directly on the screen.
